Systems Diagnostician · Tilburg, NL
I build tools for the places healthcare and communication break down — and I map the cognitive patterns that explain why they break down in the first place.
The framework
Standard systems are built for one kind of machine. Most of us are running different hardware entirely — spending enormous energy compensating for the mismatch.
The OS Framework is a 7-layer model I built from the inside out — from navigating systems that weren't designed for how I process. It treats input, bandwidth, output, and recovery not as personality traits but as observable system states.
"Not a diagnosis. A map."
Based on longitudinal self-observation, UK healthcare training, and caregiving experience. Grounded in what's defensible, not what's inflated.
Diagnostic instruments
These aren't tests. You don't pass or fail. Each game surfaces a different pattern in how you process — your activation threshold, your triage instinct, how you handle a cascade. Taken together, that's your Cognitive DNA. It comes out through how you play, not through what you say about yourself.
A merge game with 20 moves. When do you act — immediately, or wait for the pile to build? Your answer is your OS signature.
Tetris-variant under load. When capacity drops, what do you keep running? Measures triage instinct and processing strategy under pressure.
Tap-merge on a 6×7 grid. Do you build toward the chain reaction or clear as you go? Surfaces your spatial strategy and revision tolerance.
Single-player narrative across four territories. No self-report. Your cognitive signature surfaces from how you move — not what you say about yourself.
The classic, adapted. How you eliminate possibilities reveals how you approach uncertainty and scan for patterns.
How does information come in for you — and how do you send it back out? The PictoTimetable translator as a communication style diagnostic.

On cognitive capacity, why it isn't fixed, and why "just try harder" is the wrong prescription for the wrong system.
